WHY SHOULD I REGISTER FOR A SHOPPING ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE?

You can order products on FitFlop Vietnam website as a "Guest Account". However, we recommend that you register for an account to receive benefits such as:

  • Check the status of recent orders.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet started shipping.

Please contact our Customer Service if you need to check the status of your order or need help canceling an order:

Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email from FitFlop Vietnam. Please note that we will not be able to change the status of your order once it has been cancelled.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

After completing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email from FitFlop Vietnam with detailed information of your order.

If you have not received an email from FitFlop Vietnam, please check all Spam, Promotions, ... folders and the email address you used to register your account.

If all information is correct and you still have not received the Order Confirmation Email from FitFlop Vietnam, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance:

CAN I CHANGE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PLACED THE ORDER?

After you have placed your order, FitFlop Vietnam's system will record and automatically send your order information to the warehouse for processing. Therefore, unfortunately, FitFlop Vietnam cannot change the product details in the order even if your order has not been shipped. However, you can contact FitFlop Vietnam for support to cancel the order and place a new order.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

FitFlop Vietnam regrets that it cannot deliver your order if the order encounters one of the following cases:

  • Product quality does not meet standards: After the product quality inspection process before packaging, if the product is found to have problems from the manufacturer or does not meet the standards to be delivered to you, FitFlop Vietnam will proceed to handle the product. In case the product is out of your size, FitFlop Vietnam will contact you to discuss a solution suitable for the order you have placed.
  • Payment issues: Your payment has not been processed or we are unable to verify your payment details.
  • Shipping address problem: You may have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address or incomplete information for FitFlop Vietnam to process your order.

However, FitFlop Vietnam will always contact you to inform you of the reason before canceling the order. If you need further support regarding the canceled order, you can contact FitFlop Vietnam's Customer Service Department via:

  1. Pay with Credit/Debit Card

You can use Credit Card or Debit Card of Visa, Mastercard system when paying for orders on FitFlop Vietnam.

2. Cash on delivery (COD)

In addition to the above payment methods, you can also choose cash on delivery (COD).

3. Payment with VNPay

You can scan VNPay code to pay.

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

Your order will be delivered by FitFlop Vietnam within 3 - 9 working days depending on the delivery location.

Please note that delivery times may be slower than expected for orders placed on holidays/promotional weeks/certain events that affect delivery or when FitFlop Vietnam has too many orders .

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

When you check out, the website will display the shipping methods for your order. The total shipping cost of your order will be automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout section before you complete your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS I HAVE ORDERED?

For orders that have not been shipped, you can contact FitFlop Vietnam Customer Service so we can change the delivery address information.

In case your order is being shipped:

  • If you want to change the address information in the same province/city, FitFlop Vietnam will support you in changing the information on the delivery system.
  • If you want to change your address to another province/city, FitFlop Vietnam is required to charge an additional fee according to the shipping company's fee schedule.

CAN I CHECK THE PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT?

Unfortunately, FitFlop Vietnam does not currently support customers to check the goods upon receipt. However, to ensure the rights of customers, please carefully check the following information before receiving the goods:

  • Recipient information (full name, phone number, address)
  • Condition of package. Please do not accept the package if it is dented, wet or shows signs of tampering.

At the same time, customers can take pictures of the parcel before and after opening, or record the process of opening the product as evidence in case of a dispute. or if the quantity is not enough for the product you ordered, please refuse to receive it and return it to the delivery staff.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE THE CORRECT PRODUCT OR ORDER I PLACED?

If you receive products that you did not order or that are damaged/defective, please do not remove any tags, keep the original packaging and return it to the carrier.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE THE STOCK?

When opening the package, if the product you receive does not match the quantity in the order:

After checking and comparing the evidence with the warehouse department:

  • In case FitFlop Vietnam makes a mistake during the packing process, resulting in your order not having all the ordered products, we will deliver the missing products to the address listed on the order and you will not have to pay any additional costs.
  • In case FitFlop Vietnam can provide evidence that all products in the order have been delivered, we reserve the right to refuse to resolve your complaint.
