DELIVERY POLICY

1. General provisions

• Your order will be completed on or before the estimated delivery date stated in the notice board at the delivery address specified by you in your order.
• You will be notified if the company is unable to make a delivery within the specified time. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from any late delivery.
• Once the delivery is made, please sign the delivery note. In case of any defect, fault or damage to the product (wet, dented or tampered with product box, etc.), you may contact our Customer Service Department: fitflopvietnam.mkp@gmail.com and you will be required to provide us with the delivery documents together with the Product upon request.
• The Company may not be able to deliver the Products to certain areas, such as areas affected by natural disasters, etc. In such cases, the Company will notify you when you have placed your order. The Company will either cancel your order or deliver to the secondary address you provided to the Company when the order was placed.
• Deliveries will be made using standard packaging. If you request any specific type of packaging, you agree to pay for any additional costs incurred.
• Risk in the Products will pass to you immediately when you accept delivery, unless delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under the contract (such as Clause 9.8), in which case risk will pass to you on the original date on which delivery should have been made. Once risk has passed to you, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Products. Any breach of your obligations may affect your ability to place orders via this website in the future.
• If you are not able to receive the Product, the company may notify you of the next delivery or you may have to collect the Product yourself from the delivery service provider.
• If delivery or receipt of the Products is delayed due to your refusal to accept delivery (for any reason within two weeks of the first attempt at delivery), the company may (without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available) take the following actions or both:

• Charge any fees or other costs reasonably incurred;
• Non-delivery or cancellation of delivery. The Company will notify you immediately of the cancellation of the relevant contract and the Company will refund to you or to your credit or debit card company as applicable any amounts paid by you to the Company under the contract, subject to deductions for operating costs (including the costs of attempting to deliver and return the Products and storage fees. You accept that the Products conform to general standards and do not meet any specific requirements you may have.

2. Delivery Scope Regulations

• FitFlop Vietnam provides delivery services to Customers nationwide, except for the Paracel Islands (Da Nang) and Spratly Islands (Khanh Hoa). In case FitFlop Vietnam adds some areas that do not support delivery based on the actual situation (weather conditions, epidemics, etc.), FitFlop will update the list at the "DELIVERY POLICY" section.

3. Goods Inspection Regulations

• FitFlop Vietnam allows customers to inspect but not test the product upon receipt. However, to ensure customer rights, please carefully check the following information before receiving the goods:

• Recipient information (full name, phone number, address)
• Condition of package. Please do not accept the package if it is dented, wet or shows signs of tampering.

• At the same time, customers can take pictures of the parcel before and after opening, or record the process of opening the product as evidence in case of a dispute.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery service time:
Delivery service from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays and holidays).

• Inner city area: Cau Giay, Hoan Kiem, Thanh Xuan, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da, Hoang Mai, Ha Dong, Long Bien, Nam Tu Liem, Bac Tu Liem districts
• Suburban areas: Ba Vi District, Chuong My District, Dan Phuong District, Dong Anh District, Gia Lam District, Hoai Duc District, Me Linh District, My Duc District, Phu Xuyen District, Phuc Tho District, Quoc Oai District, Soc Son District, Thach That District, Thanh Oai District, Thanh Tri District, Thuong Tin District, Ung Hoa District, Son Tay Town

In Ho Chi Minh City:

• Inner city area: District 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, Go Vap.
• Suburban areas: District 9, District 12, Binh Tan, Thu Duc, Hoc Mon district, Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Cu Chi, Can Gio.
• In other provinces and cities: depending on the service area of ​​the delivery unit.

5. Shipping Fee Regulations

• FitFlop Vietnam offers free shipping nationwide for orders of 2,000,000 VND or more.
• For orders below 2,000,000 VND, a shipping fee will apply depending on the specific product. The shipping fee will be displayed on the Checkout page.
