I. INTRODUCTION

We are a General Fashion Trading Company Limited (Company Registration 0314635071), with registered office at 163 Phan Dang Luu, Ward 01, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam .

1.1. Fitflop Vietnam is the official franchise of the Fitflop Brand in the Vietnamese market. Websitewww.fitflop.com.vn is the official website of Fitflop Vietnam.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Any use by third parties, even extracts of the Terms and Conditions, for the commercial supply of goods or services is not permitted. If violated, you can be sued.

II. DEFINE

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • " Account " means the Crocs Vietnam Access Account which you will need to register on the website if you wish to place an Order on the website.
  • " Business day " means any business day, Monday through Friday, excluding Vietnam holidays as determined by the company.
  • " Order Confirmation " means our email to you in which we confirm your Order has been successfully placed in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
  • " Contract " means your Order for a Product or Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions which we accept in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
  • " Customer " means any individual placing an order on the Site.
  • " Order " means an Order submitted by you to the Site to purchase Products from us or our partners.
  • "You " means the individual placing an order on the Fitflop Vietnam website.

References to " terms " are to the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

Headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of the Terms and Conditions.

Words conveying gender will include any gender, and references to people will include an individual, company, corporation, firm or partnership.

III. TERMS OF SALE

3.1 Registration

a) To place an order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the website. You need to provide us with accurate and true information. You must also keep your information up to date by notifying us of any changes, using the relevant parts of the Site.
b) You must not abuse the website by creating multiple user accounts.

3.2 Order formation

a) The information contained in these Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to experience the service. There is no Contractual obligation in relation to the Products between you and us until we have delivered the Products to your address.
b) To submit an Order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the Website. You will then receive an Order Confirmation email.
c) We will only consider an Order to be completed when your Order is delivered to the delivery address provided by you.
d) Orders will only relate to those Products that we deliver to you. If your Order includes multiple Products, the Products may still be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times.

3.3 Pricing and Payment

Although we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on this website are accurate, there may be occasions when errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and provide you with an email to reconfirm your Order. item at the correct price or order cancellation email. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel your Order before we deliver and have paid for your Order, you will receive a full refund (According to company regulations)
a) Price includes VAT (Value Added Tax) (if any), and is calculated in VND. Service fees will be charged additionally (if any); Such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ' Total Order Value '.

b) We are not obliged to fulfill your Order if we discover that the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your Order has been confirmed by us).
c) You can pay using any of the payment methods listed on our Home Page. Similarly, you can pay the full order value with an e-gift card, wallet credit or promotional voucher.
d) To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card data. When we receive your Order, we will request pre-authorization on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Orders will not be confirmed until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be charged after we send you your Order Confirmation. The card must be authenticated and authorized by the card issuer. If we do not receive the necessary authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

3.5 Order rejection

We reserve the right to withdraw any products, as well as to edit any materials or content on this website.

We always try to complete all Orders and satisfy all customers, but in some exceptional cases we are forced to refuse to process an Order even if we have sent it to you. Please email Order Confirmation.

FitFlop reserves the right to limit and cancel orders for customers who violate any part of the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

If FitFlop cancels your Order while it has been paid, the payment amount will be fully refunded to you within the specified time.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Products from this website, whether they have been sold or not, and reserve the right to remove or edit any material or content on this website, or refuse to process, or accept an Order.

IV. DELIVERY POLICY

4.1. We always endeavor to deliver the Products to you to the delivery location as requested in the Order, and the delivery time committed by us at the time of payment for your order (as updated in the Order Confirmation Email).

4.2 We will notify you if we are unable to meet the expected delivery date to the extent permitted by law. We will not be responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from late delivery.

4.3 Upon delivery of the product, you may be asked to sign for it. Please contact fitflopvietnam.mkp@gmail.com or call us at: 0325 514 779 in case of any error, defect or damage. You can provide the documents delivered with the Products, upon request.

4.4 In the event that delivery is delayed due to your breach of the Terms and Conditions: From the moment of breach, we will not be responsible for loss or damage to the Products. We are very sorry that any violation by you may affect your ability to shop onwww.fitflop.com.vn in the future.

V. REFUND POLICY

5.1 If you are not completely satisfied with the products and services provided by us, you may return the product within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt. Provided that the Product is unused, the Product tags are intact, not lost or counterfeited, and the product must be in the original brand packaging (if any). 5.2 You must ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as when you received it and properly packaged. In case the item is returned in an unsuitable condition that affects the quality of the product, we have the right to refuse to process the return and will send the product back to you.

5.3 In some cases, the payment/cancellation and returns policies for certain products may differ from the standard terms and conditions stated herein. We will publish special conditions in the product details section.

Invoice issuance time is within 10 - 15 days from the date you register for invoice issuance with FitFlop Vietnam.

Note: The request for invoice needs to be sent between the time you place the order and before successfully receiving the goods. After this time, invoice requests will not be processed.
