GENERAL EXCHANGE POLICY
DELIVERY TIME: 15 DAYS from the date the customer receives the product
CONDITION
  • Only applies to full price items.

  • Each product can only be exchanged ONE TIME.

  • Product has not been used, washed or has a strange smell

  • Product with intact labels and box (if any)

  • Goods are not damaged during storage or transportation by the customer.

  • Product comes with original invoice

  • For subjective errors of customers (wrong size, unsatisfactory design, etc.), the seller will support the collection fee, the customer will pay the new order delivery fee.

  • For defective products due to manufacturer, the Seller will support the 2-way shipping cost for the customer.

  • HCM inner city area: <=55K/way

  • Hanoi inner city area: 60-80K/way

  • Hanoi suburbs and 28 northern provinces: 75-99K/way

  • Central region 14 provinces: 70-95K/way

  • Southern region 21 provinces: 40-55K/way
