During the Lunar New Year holiday in 2026, customers can still place orders as usual on the fitflop.vn website; however, delivery times will be adjusted as follows:

(*) The shipping company will begin delivering orders from February 21, 2026, to the remaining areas.
Estimated delivery times may be subject to change due to the shipping company's end-of-year delivery schedule. Orders that are not delivered before Tet (Lunar New Year) and orders placed during the Tet holiday will be delivered starting February 21, 2026, to all areas.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Return and exchange policy during the Lunar New Year 2026
1/ If you receive your order between February 10th and 20th, 2026 , the return/exchange period is 30 days, applicable to both full-price and discounted orders.
2. The valid return/exchange period is calculated from the date you receive your order (based on shipping information).
3. All returns and exchanges during the Lunar New Year 2024 will be processed starting from February 23, 2026 (7th day of the Lunar New Year).
