- Processing time: VAT invoices will be issued within 15-30 working days from the date you register for invoice issuance with FitFlop Vietnam Customer Care Department. Contact channel:

- Processing conditions : You need to send VAT invoice information to FitFlop before the order changes to successful receipt status. After this time, invoice request will not be processed.
